1) Irrigation System if Opening/Closing of system and all maintenance to system done by St. Clair Landscaping and Irrigation LLC.
Not covered under warranty- Heads damaged by snowplow or negligence.
2) Techo Bloc Pavers
3) Workmanship on Hardscaping Projects. Covers defects in workmanship.
4) Alliance Low Voltage Lighting Products
5) AMP Low Voltage Lighting Products
6) Low voltage lighting labor. Exclusions – light bulbs, and damage due to negligence.
7) Fire Pit burner- manufacturer warranty-Lifetime. Fire Pit must be covered when not in
use to protect the components.
1 Year Warranties
1) Plant material with automatic irrigation system is installed by a professional
2) New lawns with automatic irrigation is installed by our company and
fertilized under our program for one year.
Items not covered under warranty
1) Newly seeded lawn areas that are subject to washouts due to heavy rains or flooding.
2) Fire Pits built without a metal insert.
3) Paver areas that are subject to staining.
4) Paver cleaning and maintenance work.
