Winterization

• Shutting off main water supply to irrigation systems
• removing water from all irrigation components (pipes, heads, valves)
• Suspending controller operating programs
• Providing free protection guarantee (only offered with plans)

Spring Turn-On

• Pressurizing irrigation systems
• System Assessment – checking for leaks, ensuring proper operation of sprinkler heads, testing rain guage (where applicable)
• Setting controller start and zone run times for appropriate spring settings

Any additional repairs shall be done on a time and material basis.

Provides all services included in our Budget Plan, plus:

System Assessment – Two assessments of the irrigation system to be carried out in June and August that includes:

• Reviewing all irrigation components for proper operation and adjustments
• Reprogramming controller for seasonal conditions
• Advising homeowner of any necessary repairs or changes to the system that may be needed.

Any repairs will be charged for material only. Labor will be covered as part of the opening/closing satisfaction guarantee.
